WHO WE ARE

Pastime Baseball Academy was organized in 2014 with a vision of cultivating baseball and softball in the St. Joseph metro area. At Pastime, all our instructors are focused on teaching baseball and softball honoring the legacy of the game.

MEET THE TRAINERS

Tyler is a graduate of Central High School. He played his first two years of collegiate baseball at Johnson Country Community College and finished up a Drury University helping the program win two Conference Championship and going to the schools first Regional Championship. Tyler has over 8 years of instructional experience and enjoys teaching baseball to athletes of all ages. He specializes in catching and hitting instruction.

Will is a graduate of Central High School. He played his first two years of collegiate baseball at Maple Woods Community College and finished up at Missouri Western State University helping the program win two Conference Championship and going to the schools first Regional Championship. Will has over 8 years of instructional experience and enjoys teaching baseball to athletes of all ages. He specializes in catching and hitting instruction.

Patrick is native of St. Joseph. He played four years of baseball at Bishop Leblond High School and was a two time all-state award winner. After high school Patrick continued his baseball career at William Woods University, where he played for four years earning all conference honors his sophomore year. Patrick also played three seasons for the Saint Joseph Mustangs and won two championships with the team during that time.

Ricky is a Nebraska native and now resides in St. Joesph, Missouri. He was a collegiate baseball player for Kansas City Kansas Community College and North Western Missouri State. Ricky was a 13u major coach and a high school summer showcase / legion coach for 10 years. He loves the game so much he has been an instructor since 2012.
